Marker introduces a new hybrid binding. Combining the
performance of freeride bindings with the features of ski touring pin bindings.
High release force ranges ensure optimal grip. The ability to totally remove
the ski touring box saves up to 300g each binding, while pin technology
maintains great climbing performance. When using the ascent option, a simple
mechanism automatically locks the ski stopper. We may vary the ascent angle
between 0° and 10°. The magnesium frame of the rear box is good for power transfer
and energy absorption. Marker bindings offer the most rear-box flexibility,
capturing and absorbing vibrations while skiing. A boot attached onto the
downhill front box locks into four distinct places.
